Relieved Xianyu was jointly founded by experienced investigation and risk practitioners. We assess whether a personal matter is suitable before assigning research, evidence preparation or local coordination. An individual's past credentials, media appearances or experience are not presented as qualifications held by the entire team.
Some members undertake field or sensitive assignments, so we do not publish a full staff roster. Before engagement, clients should still be able to verify the contracting company, designated contact, scope, fees and deliverables. Staff privacy does not replace contractual accountability.

Questions worth assessing first
An enquiry may concern an identity or background claim that cannot be verified, records needed for a relationship dispute, questionable private lending or financial promises, or inconsistent information across countries. We first establish which records you are entitled to provide and use. A close relationship does not grant unrestricted access to another person's information.
Possible work includes public-source cross-checks, organization of lawfully authorized records, timelines and evidence-gap reviews, and factual summaries for counsel. Psychological treatment, relationship counselling and urgent protection require the appropriate qualified professionals or authorities. Investigation services do not replace them.
PROCESS
Four steps before and during an engagement
First, explain the type of matter, locations involved, present situation and decision you need to make. Do not send a complete set of sensitive records at this stage. Second, review sources, authorization and safety concerns, separating known facts from unverified information.
Third, agree a feasible scope, limitations, fees and reporting arrangements in writing. Fourth, delivery identifies sources, chronology, reasoning and unresolved questions, giving you and your legal adviser a basis for further assessment without presenting assumptions as findings.

Another person's choices are not a deliverable
We do not use impersonation, emotional manipulation, coercion, public humiliation or privacy violations to interfere in another person's relationship. Unlawful location tracking, account access, interception and acquisition of financial records are outside our scope. The people involved decide whether a relationship continues; an investigation cannot guarantee that outcome.
For violence, threats, risk of self-harm or immediate danger, contact local police, emergency services or protection agencies first. Do not wait for a business enquiry response. Counsel must assess any proposed use of records in proceedings against their collection method and applicable requirements.

Check the location and conditions before promising work
Team members are based in Taiwan, mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States. These locations do not establish a branch office or professional licence in each jurisdiction. Every engagement depends on data availability, local requirements, authorization and suitable resources.
New engagements are principally contracted through Shanghai Xianyu Business Consulting Co., Ltd., with responsibilities set out in writing. Existing engagements remain governed by their original agreements; this page update does not change them.

Questions Before Engagement
Can you guarantee reconciliation or make a third party leave?
No. Another person's decisions and relationship outcomes cannot be guaranteed deliverables. We assess whether fact-checking, lawful evidence preparation and risk analysis can help your decision. Where the need is relationship counselling or psychological treatment, discuss it separately with an appropriately qualified professional.
Can I enquire if I only have suspicions?
Yes. Explain the concern, relevant dates and records already available, without treating suspicion as fact. Initial assessment separates verifiable questions from assumptions and checks the purpose and lawful availability of information. Urgency alone is not a reason to proceed where no feasible scope exists.
Should I send my partner's passwords or phone?
Do not send passwords, full financial records, intimate images or extensive third-party files with an initial enquiry. Possessing a device or knowing a password does not establish authority to process its contents. The purpose, permissions, local requirements and appropriate transfer method must be assessed first.
Why is the full field-team roster not public?
Some members undertake field or sensitive work, so a complete roster is not published. Clients must still be able to verify the contracting company, designated contact, scope and reporting arrangements. Case-related personnel information is addressed as needed under confidentiality arrangements, rather than staff privacy replacing contractual accountability.
Can you assess cross-border relationship or private financial disputes?
Yes, subject to an initial assessment rather than an assurance based on location alone. Explain the countries involved, the decision you need to support, the records available and your authorization. Access rules, legal procedures and professional qualifications differ by location; local counsel should provide legal advice.
How are fees, confidentiality and contracting arranged?
Following initial assessment, fees depend on scope, available sources, locations and deliverables. New engagements are principally contracted through Shanghai Xianyu Business Consulting Co., Ltd. Written terms should specify the contact, fees, reporting, data purposes and retention arrangements. Verify the agreement and payment details before paying; an initial enquiry is not acceptance of an engagement.
