For channel-supplied gear, how does the warranty work?

Warranty is the same as the manufacturer's. Although supplied through a low-cost channel, the equipment is genuine tier-one product and carries the same manufacturer warranty terms; on top of that, Relieved Xiànyu's in-house team handles installation and ongoing maintenance, so troubleshooting and on-site or remote repair are always covered — you're never left stranded after the sale.
Can I just buy the equipment and install it myself?

Yes. We offer equipment-only supply as well as the full "equipment + layout design + installation + maintenance" package. Most clients end up choosing the full package, because placement design and control-room architecture often decide how usable the surveillance is far more than the hardware itself.
Are brands like Hikvision and Dahua subject to procurement limits?

Some countries, government tenders or multinational internal policies do restrict certain brands. We confirm your site's regulations and IT-security policy before planning, switching to compliant alternatives such as Axis or Uniview where needed — so you're not forced to rip everything out later.
What's the difference between ColorVu, AcuSense, WizMind and TiOC?

In short: ColorVu / full-color means "you can still see color at night"; AcuSense / WizMind means "it can tell people from vehicles and raise smart alerts"; TiOC means "when it detects an anomaly it actively lights up and sounds off to deter."
